It is still possible to join the silent day Sounding Silence with Catherine Hefferan rsm and Peter Heaney fsc, this Saturday 4th May.  

This beautiful day  will be a contemplation through the poetry of St John of the Cross in his Dark Night, Silent Night, Song of the Night, Darkening in the Night, Serene Night, and signs during the Night of the Senses.   

 The day will be held at Rous Mill Community Hall, Rous Mill (near Alstonville) on Saturday 4th May, 9.00 for 9.30am until 3.30.    Morning tea, tea and coffee will be provided.  

You are invited to bring your own lunch to share, creative expressive materials, journal and a blanket, and a comfortable chair/blanket if you wish.  A donation of $20.00 for ANSD members and $25.00 for friends is suggested.
